Most items are 3D printed with eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid - plant based) filament. Limited use of ABS and other materials. Colors depicted in photos may vary from actual items due to lighting and plastic filament manufacturer slight color variations. We do our best to insure every product is as perfect as it can possibly be, but be aware that the 3D printing process inherently may have slight imperfections in the final product including visible layers, lines, gaps, and/or bumps.

Items are NOT dishwasher safe. Clean with damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not expose to extreme heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and/or high temperatures which might cause deformation/warping.

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Our typical processing time is 4-10 business days on most items to allow us adequate time to make and assemble them.
Large items (such as large mirrors and trash cans) can take up to 15 business days to prepare due to longer print and assembly times.
This processing time is in addition to shipping transit times. We use USPS and you may select your shipping speed at checkout (Ground Advantage, Priority, or Priority Express). Note that "Free Shipping" (attained by purchasing $55 or more) will always utilize Ground Advantage/Economy unless you pay for upgraded shipping during checkout.
If you need your item(s) quickly, you may want to consider adding "Rush My Order" to your cart as well as upgrading to Priority or Priority Express.

If you forgot to purchase an add on accessory when you bought your Magic Band Buddy, decided you want an additional one, or just need a spare; you've come to the right place.
NOTE:
- The Plus Puck Charging Adapter is only needed for the new Magicband+ pucks to enable charging them WITHOUT having to put the puck back into the wristband.
We highly recommend having one adapter per puck that you want to charge at the same time. Colors may vary. - The screwdriver is a Phillips head #000 tech screwdriver which works perfect for removing the tiny screws from the back of a Disney Magicband wristband (you do not need any tools for assembling a Magic Band Buddy).
- The carabiner (2.25") and retractable reels (Colors may vary) are great to attach your Buddy to a belt loop, belt, bag, etc. as your personal preference dictates.
- Binder rings are available in case you want a spare or to replace worn out, broken, or damaged ones.
- Cable Wire Ring is an alternative option to using the Binder Ring. While the binder ring works perfectly well, they can become loose and require you to check it periodically to make sure it remains tight. If you prefer to trade the ease and convenience of the binder ring to the more secure option of the Cable Ring, then these are for you. They are a bit more tedious to attach/detach, but are ultra secure.
